GWMOTOR Builds Global Contact Center Using AWS Omnichannel Solution

Amazon (AMZN.US)'s AWS held the Amazon Cloud Technology China Summit, during which it announced that GWMOTOR (02333.HK) has built a global contact center by leveraging AWS' omnichannel solution, Amazon Connect, which can enable end-to-end optimization of global customer service from unified channels and graded customer complaint handling and follow-up, to closed-loop management and performance assessment. This system is already in use in the Netherlands and is planned for phased rollout in eight countries worldwide, with the goal of greatly enhancing GWMOTOR's overseas after-sales service quality and customer satisfaction.
